Gemericik Air
Ya, salah satunya adalah menikmati bunyi gemericik air yang umumnya konstan, berbunyi cik cik cik secara sama berulang–ulang dengan ritme yang nyaris sama. Sehingga bunyi ini menimbulkan relaksasi di pikiran kita.
Memprogram Gemericik Air
Berikut ini adalah pengalaman saya sendiri yang sederhana dan mudah untuk dilakukan. Pertanyaan selanjutnya, bagaimana membuat program gemericik air karena selama ini mungkin kita hanya bisa menikmati bunyian yang menenangkan tersebut saat berada di gunung, bukan? Ya, memang sebaiknya di saat awal pemograman, sempatkan diri Anda pergi…
1. Ke Gunung untuk Rekam Visual
Carilah Gunung yang ada sungainya, sempatkan menuju ke air terjun. Lalu, apa yang Anda lakukan disana? Salah satunya adalah merekam secara visual tempat yang Anda rasa sangat damai, tenang dan indah. Rekamlah beberapa tempat, seperti di batu-batu sungai, di tengah air terjun atau dimana saja yang Anda rasakan sebagai tempat yang tenang dan damai. Saat berada di tempat tersebut, diamlah beberapa saat, hanya memandang dan menikmati pemandangan saja…
Untuk menguji apakah rekaman sudah tersimpan dengan baik? Pejamkan mata Anda, lalu amati di pikiran Anda, apakah gambaran yang direkam tadi sudah bisa Anda bayangkan kembali dengan sama? Jika bisa, artinya Anda sudah merekamnya dengan baik.
Coba kembali bayangkan gambaran itu, rasakan apakah menimbulkan rasa tenang, damai dan indah di hati Anda?
Latihlah fokus pikiran Anda dengan sesering mungkin mengunjungi tempat yang damai dan indah itu, dengan membayangkannya kembali.
2. Rekam Audio Gemericik Air
Bawalah alat rekam audio Anda, boleh alat rekam khusus atau yang ada di Handphone Anda. Sebaiknya alat rekam Anda dibungkus dulu dengan plastik agar saat merekam di tempat yang basah, tidak masuk air sungai atau air terjun.
Setelah Anda menemukan tempat di sungai yang menghasilkan bunyi gemericik air, aktifkan alat rekam audio Anda, lalu dekatkan ke air yang sedang mengalir dari sebuah batu ke batu lainnya, sehingga menimbulkan bunyi yang indah. Lakukan dalam waktu 2 atau 3 menit, boleh lebih lama jika dirasa perlu, sebelum pindah ke lokasi lain.
Rekamlah dari kiri ke kanan, dari bawah ke atas, juga dari arah sebaliknya, sehingga menimbulkan efek bunyi yang stereo.
Lakukan beberapa kali di beberapa tempat pilihan agar nanti Anda dapat memilih mana yang dirasa paling pas untuk situasi Anda nantinya.
Saat saya melakukan kegiatan ini, sungguh sangat seru dan semangat sekali. Karena gambaran tempat dan bunyi yang direkam, sangatlah sesuai dan memang pernah saya kunjungi secara fisik, bukan rekaan. Selain itu, murah meriah he he…

Gemericik Buatan Pompa Air
Di tempat saya istirahat, saya membuat bunyi gemericik dengan cara: membeli alat pompa air yang kecil, berikut guci bening kecil di toko peralatan dan perlengkapan aquarium. Cukup saya nyalakan pompa air dengan posisi air muncrat yang dapat berbunyi gemericik kecil. Bunyi yang cukup membawa ke suasana meditatif saat mau tidur…. Biasanya saat saya aktifkan, tidurpun menjadi blaaas he he… Lupa diri deh…
Memelihara beberapa ekor ikan hias kecil untuk dipelihara di aquarium guci, sangatlah membantu efek indah secara visual.
Setelah bunyian tercipta, aktifkan alat rekam Anda dan rekamanlah bunyi gemericik yang dihasilkan oleh pompa air tersebut, pilihlah beberapa posisi agar dapat dihasilkan bunyi yang dibutuhkan. Mematikan cahaya lampu, khususnya neon, sangat membantu rekaman suara menjadi lebih jernih.
Copy Beberapa Kali dan Satukan
Sekarang, hasil rekaman bunyi gemericik tadi dipindahkan ke komputer, edit yang diperlukan atau langsung digunakan. Lalu, gunakan software yang bisa meng-copy file terseebut beberapa kali dan disatukan menjadi satu.
Jika tidak punya software tersebut, gunakan saja fungsi REPEAT ONE di alat pemutar MP3 Anda untuk menghasilkan bunyi gemericik yang sama secara berulang-ulang, sehingga alam bawah sadar kita akan merekam dengan sangat baik.
Hasil rekaman baik juga di putar di laptop atau komputer Anda sebagai backsound saat bekerja agar tetap tercipta suasana relaksasi di alam bawah sadar Anda. Karena saat Anda bekerja dalam kondisi relaksasi, akan banyak muncul kreatifitas.
Proses Menikmati Gemericik Air sampai Lupa Diri
Berikut ini proses ide menikmati gemericik air sampai lupa diri he he… Hafalkan dulu urutan prosesnya, baru dilakukan:
- Posisikan tubuh Anda secara bebas, yang penting dalam posisi nyaman. Boleh duduk, boleh bersila, boleh tiduran atau boleh juga dalam posisi meditasi. Silakan saja pilih posisi yang Anda rasa paling nyaman…
- Lihatlah sebuah obyek di depan Anda, teruslah melihatnya beberapa saat, lalu perlahan-lahan pejamkan mata…
- Buang nafas Anda sebanyak-banyaknya, lakukan beberapa kali sampai terasa “Hang”, seperti orang yang tidak bisa berpikir. Kayak orang O’on gitu lho he he he…
- Lalu, konsentrasi atau fokuskan pikiran dan perhatian Anda ke bunyi gemericik air. Hanya mendengarkan dan mendengarkan saja. Lakukan beberapa menit.
- Sekarang, baru masuk tahap menikmati bunyi alunan air yang mengalir perlahan, lembut dan syahdu ini…
- Untuk menikmati gemericik air ini, bebas saja Anda berimajinasi. Memang sebaiknya dilakukan dengan perlahan-lahan saja (seperti nonton film dengan gerakan slow motion):
- Anda boleh membayangkan berada tempat yang damai, sepi, hening, tenang, indah, sejuk, ada air terjun, ada sungai yang mengalir dan sebagainya. Sebuah tempat yang pernah Anda kunjungi, tempat yang paling Anda sukai.
- Setelah itu, Anda boleh membayangkan melayang mendekat ke air yang bergemericik itu.
- Melayanglah dari bawah ke atas.
- Melayanglah dari atas ke bawah.
- Melayanglah dari kiri ke kanan.
- Melayanglah dari kanan ke kiri.
- Atau, masuklah ke dalam air, ke dalam bunyi air, ikutlah mengalir, ikutlah mengalun…
- Menyatulah dengan air yang gemericik tersebut. Menyatulah…
- Terus nikmati dan nikmati sampai Anda lupa diri…
Waktu Berkreatifitas
Setelah tercapai relaksasi yang sangat dalam, inilah waktu yang tepat untuk berkreatifitas maksudnya beraktifitas yang kreatif. Yang saya lakukan misalnya menulis, melukis atau hanya sekedar mencatat ide-ide yang muncul dalam benak saya, ke dalam sebuah buku khusus kumpulan ide.
Ide Solusi Baru
Atau, jika Anda sedang menghadapi masalah kehidupan. Inilah saat yang baik untuk mencari ide-ide solusi baru dalam menyelesaikannya. Lihatlah dari sisi yang berbeda, dari sudut pandang yang lain. Lihatlah dari jauh, dari posisi di atas rumah, dari posisi di helikopter, dari posisi di awan. Biasanya, masalah tersebut akan menjadi berbeda dan Anda akan menemukan ide-ide baru untuk solusi yang terbaik dari masalah itu.
Jika memang masalah tersebut adalah sebuah kekeliruan di masa lalu, petiknya hikmahnya. Kejadiannya sudah lewat, jangan lupa membawa pergi hikmahnya. Agar kesalahan atau kekeliruan tersebut, tidaklah sia-sia.
Apapun kejadian dalam kehidupan ini, tidaklah akan sia-sia, sampai Anda sendiri yang menyia-nyiakannya…
Mengambil Keputusan
Saat tenang ini, baik sekali dimanfaatkan untuk mengambil sebuah keputusan. Jadilah ini sebuah strategi dalam hidup Anda. Menenangkan diri dulu, sebelum mengambil keputusan agar tidak emosional dan menghasilkan kekeliruan berikutnya.
Relaksasi dengan gemericik air bisa dilakukan dimana saja, jika sudah Anda rekam bunyinya dan Anda mau mengambil sebuah keputusan. Sebaiknya tenangkan diri dulu, istirahatkan pikiran Anda dulu. Setelah tenang, munculkan ide-ide baru sebagai solusi baru, lalu ambillah keputusan yang diperlukan.
Karena saat hening, semua jadi bening.
Yang tenang, yang menang.
