Demikian yang terjadi saat saya memandu terapi diri untuk salah seorang sang artis besar ternama, yang terkenal dengan acara Talkshow-nya di setasiun-setasiun televisi ternama, yang kepalanya terasa mau pecah akibat munculnya sebuah rasa takut kehilangan, yang sedemikian besarnya akan seseorang yang sangat dicintainya.
Tanpa rasa sungkan, diledakannya tangisan cinta yang tersimpan selama ini saat seluruh anggota keluarga yang dicintainya, disatukan dan disimpan dalam relung hati yang terdalam, di dalam dirinya. Semua rasa takut kehilangan yang dimilikinya saat itupun, lepas sudah dan menjadi berubah menjadi rasa ikhlas, 2 menit kemudian kamipun tertawa terbahak-bahak, membuat petugas hotel Sheraton Bandara yang menyiapkan kami minum, bingung dan terbengong-bengong he he…

3. Kendorkan seluruh otot di badan Anda, dari ujung kepala sampai ke ujung kaki. Cara termudah adalah menarik nafas sedalam-dalamnya, lalu saat hembuskan nafas dengan perlahan, kendoran seluruh otot di badan Anda.
4. Lihat sebuah objek di depan Anda, sebuah titik adalah pilihan yang baik. Lihat dan fokus ke objek tersebut sampai mata Anda terasa lelah. Setelah itu baru perlahan-lahan pejamkan mata.
5. Setelah terasa sangat tenang, amati di pikiran Anda, dimana selama ini Anda meletakkan orang-orang yang Anda cintai. Dari urutan Buyut, Kakek Nenek, Orang Tua, Pasangan Hidup Anak dan sebagainya. Amati saja dan amati saja…

nb : the prayer always in sounding to Father in heaven for all priests who lead the mass,

for giving the first prayer for them who give their life for service all people without
